The awakened state of being is the natural condition of ANY human being that has seen through the veil of the mind created image of themselves and learned to rest as the vibrantly alive fullness of awareness.
How do you come to the recognition of yourself as awareness?
It is simply a matter of attention. When attention is habitually focused on external objects, we perceive an internal divide between ‘self’ and ‘the outer world’. This fundamental sense of duality leads to feelings of limitation, underlying restlessness and unease and self conscious thoughts.
However, learning to re-orient your attention, not by denying difficulties, but simply by becoming more fascinated by, and eventually falling in love with the mystery of your own existence, leads rapidly to an intuitive and experiential recognition of that which you truly are, the boundless freedom, peace and love of pure existence.
