What is Embodied Awareness?

Rooted in the teachings and practice of non-dual tantra, the foundation of our work is a path of becoming intimate with the truth of who you are—through the felt sense of your own being.

It means awakening not by stepping out of the body, but by stepping into it more fully.

The practices here include:

  • Somatic meditation - We explore the recognition of and stabilization of one's sense of self as awareness, rather than as the story based personality self. A realization that comes not from transcending the body, but from becoming so intimate with the field of experience that it ceases to appear as other.

  • Subtle body activation - An essential and fascinating dimension of tantrik practice involves the cultivation of the subtle, or energy body

  • Conscious movement - The dance between stillness and expression is fundamental to the embodiment of our essential nature. Consciousness is not static and inert, but overflowing with potential. Your body and your life are its chosen channel of expression.

  • Nature-based and relational practices

The goal is not transcendence, but immanence—to experience your body as sacred expression, your life as the field of realization.
